Mr. Bledsoe's practice is centered in the areas of intellectual property and corporate law. He helps clients protect, manage, and leverage their intellectual property by preparing and prosecuting patent, trademark, and copyright applications; by assisting clients with the formation and operation of limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures, and corporations; and by advising clients about sales contracts, license agreements, publishing agreements, employment agreements, and other sophisticated tax‐advantaged business arrangements.

Mr. Bledsoe has a bachelor's degree in biological engineering and has completed master's level course work in analytical chemistry. Among others, he has worked with the following technologies: wireless sensor networks, biomedical instruments and implants, dietary formulations, and cell culture systems.
