Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I have been successful over the last two years in taking personal injury and accident cases during this pandemic where my clients have been offered insulting \" low ball \" offers from insurance companies. I have always been able to increase the offer to the satisfaction of my clients who now refer me cases. I love helping people which makes my job extremely worthwhile. In these cases I have gone in and have been successful in speeding up medical care and ultimately settling denied or \"low ball\" offers to the satisfaction of my clients.

How did you build a successful practice?

I hired a consultant who works with law firms and did a lot of research to start the process. For the first year , I shared space with another firm ( law school friends) and began marketing immediately by have lunches 3 times a week with other attorneys who could immediately refer me cases. i joined as many organizations and associations as possible and took some leadership roles. By year two, the cases were coming in steadily which resulted in my hiring tow paralegals. By year 3 I hired by first associate attorney and I was off to the races ! I now have 14 employees which happened by year 5. Just celebrated my 20 th year of representing people. I love what I do.
