Focus of Practice

Scott Hudson currently practices in the areas of compliance and litigation associated with labor and employment law. Mr. Hudson has represented employers in hundreds of cases before the United States Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and before other federal, state and local regulatory agencies.  He has also assisted employers in complying with state and federal employment regulations and developing employee compensation programs, employee handbooks and policy manuals, affirmative action plans, and employee opinion surveys. Mr. Hudson represents clients before various federal, state and local regulatory agencies.

Mr. Hudson is a frequent speaker at state and national labor and employment conferences and development workshops throughout the United States.  Mr. Hudson has recently offered his insight and analysis on various labor and employment topics at seminars sponsored by the Florida Bankers Association, America's Community Bankers, the Kentucky Bankers Association, the Virginia Bankers Association, the New Jersey Bankers Association, the Ohio Bankers Association, and the National Automobile Dealers Association. Mr. Hudson is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and a member of the Labor and Employment Section the American Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Citrus Club in Orlando, Florida, and the Florida Bankers Association.
