About J. Michael
Mr. Kvetan is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. He received his B.S. in 1989 from Drexel University and his J.D. in 1997, cum laude, from Temple University.
Mr. Kvetan has been practicing exclusively in the area of subrogation since he joined White and Williams in 2002. He is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice in both state and federal jurisdictions. Mr. Kvetan practices throughout a 25-state territory utilizing the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. Mr. Kvetan has investigated, settled and litigated numerous complex commercial and residential property losses involving fire, structural collapse, water, environmental contamination, theft and fraud.
Before joining White and Williams Mr. Kvetan practiced regionally as an active trial attorney defending large self-insured businesses in personal injury matters. Before that he was a senior trial attorney for a leading insurance company. Mr. Kvetan brings over a decade of experience in the insurance claims industry to his practice at White and Williams.
