Mr. Banner, the founder of Banner, Briley & White, is one of the most well-known and respected attorneys in the North Texas area. He primarily practices personal injury law, civil trial law, domestic relations law, and oil and gas litigation. Mr. Banner is admitted to the Texas State Bar (1952), U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas (1953), U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma (1953), U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 11th Circuits (1953), U.S. District Court Eastern Division of Oklahoma (1963), U.S. Supreme Court (1963), and U.S. Court of Claims (1963).

Mr. Banner earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas in 1949. He received his Law Degree from the University of Texas in 1952. He is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, having served as Director from 1969 to 1970 and Chairman in 1971. He is also a member of the Wichita County Bar Association (Director, 1960-1964; President, 1964-1965), State Bar of Texas, and American Bar Associations. In addition to those professional organizations, Mr. Banner is also a member of American Board of Trial Advocates, Texas Trial Lawyers Association (Director, 1958-1971; President, 1973-1974), American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and American Society of Law and Medicine. Mr. Banner has been named as a Superlawyer in Texas by Texas Monthly.
