About Jack
Jack has practiced law for more than thirty five years. He has a diversified practice and advises clients in commercial civil litigation matters, real estate transactions, employment-related disputes, contract disputes, and general family matters. He represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels, and has significant experience appearing before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Arizona, and the United States Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit.
Jack has served as a judge pro tempore with both the Arizona Court of Appeals (1992) and the Maricopa County Superior Court from 1991 - 2005. His representation of clients has resulted in the publication of a number of significant cases, including Gilder v. PGA Tour, Inc., 936 F.2d 417 (9th Cir. 1991); Roden v. Roden, 190 Ariz. 407, 949 P.2d 67 (Ariz. App. 1997); Premier Financial Services v. Citibank (Arizona), 185 Ariz. 80, 912 P.2d 1309 (Ariz. App. 1995); Mathis v. Liquor Bd., 146 Ariz. 570, 707 P.2d 974 (Ariz. App. 1985); Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A. v. Pugliani, 144 Ariz. 281, 697 P.2d 674 (1985); Firedoor Corp. of America v. Tibshraeny Bros. Jack received his B.S. degree in 1967 from Miami University (Ohio) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 1969. After time in the military, Jack was admitted to practice in the state of New York in 1971, where he practiced until 1975, and he was admitted to practice in Arizona in 1975. He has held an AV Martindale peer rating for over 20 years.
Jack has been married over 40 years to his wife, Dale, who is also an attorney. Jack and Dale have two sons and three grandchildren. For many years, Jack coached a traveling soccer team, but now in his spare time he concentrates on his golf and tennis.
