About Jackson

Jack is a Florida native and third generation Orlando attorney. Prior to joining Smith, Toole & Wiggins, PL, Jack served as a law clerk to the Hon. G. Kendall Sharp, Senior United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida. In 2002, Jack received a B.A. from the University of Florida, majoring in the History of Science. Upon graduation, Jack spent a year teaching English in rural China and a year working in the construction industry. While at law school, Jack served as Production Editor for the Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy, published a note discussing the application of tort liability to livestock producers under the emerging National Animal Identification System, and worked as a research assistant to former Dean Ralph Rohner. Jack graduated from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law with honors in 2007.
