Mission Statement:
My goal is to provide individualized and practical solutions to commercial matters. I personally handle each client's matter from start to finish. I pride myself on being a zealous advocate of my clients' goals, and I place great importance on all clients' opinions, ideas and needs.
I create practical, workable and cost effective solutions for each client matter. In preparing any kind of commercial contract I strive to create a document that will endure throughout my clients' business relationships. My end goal in drafting a contract is to create a document that anticipates and prevents any points of contention between the parties, and will not be the subject of later litigation. For example, given my experience with litigating commercial cases, most of which involve contractual issues, I can present clients with a realistic risk analysis and propose a variety of methods of accomplishing their business goals while reducing the risk of potential litigation in the future.
I am extremely accessible to all of my clients, and seek to form a long lasting relationship with each person and business that I represent.
