Jacob F. Lamme is a shareholder in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice spans a wide range of litigation areas, including personal injury, business and contract, labor and employment, land use and zoning, real estate, and trusts and estates litigation. Jake also provides critical advice to clients to assist them in avoiding the cost and expense of litigation.

Jake provides both litigation and corporate counsel to local, statewide, national and international companies in a variety of contract, real property, and employment and labor matters. He has experience representing businesses, governmental entities and individual clients in both state and federal courts. Jake also represents companies and their management in administrative forums such as before the New York State Department of Labor (Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board), its Administrative Law Judges and Tribunals, and the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Unfortunately, Jake's clients and the people they care about sometimes fall victim to car accidents and other hazards of everyday life.  Jake is part of a talented team of attorneys that are experienced and skilled at handling serious injury cases.  When handling personal injury cases, Jake is aggressive, effective and compassionate.
