I have built a successful practice by providing competent legal counsel and focusing on providing an excellent client experience. Competent legal counsel is a baseline expectation a client would expect when they hire an attorney. The client experience, however, can vary dramatically from one law firm to another. I pride myself on providing the best client experience that I am capable of giving, whether it's the use of digital questionnaires, an online client portal, or the fact that I give my clients my cell phone number which they can reach me 24/7 is what is really appreciated by my clients.

From my perspective, competent legal counsel is first and foremost a requirement. The next thing clients should look for is whether or not they can have a positive working relationship with their attorney. One of the biggest complaints I hear about attorneys, in general, is that clients can never get a hold of their attorneys. Clients pay a large retainer or deposit and then they don't hear from their attorneys for weeks even though they leave voicemails or messages with their staff. I provide clients direct access to me by giving them my cell number and I almost always respond immediately or, as the day's schedule permits, the same day.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping clients become lawful permanent residence or naturalized citizens which are major milestones in my clients' lives.
