About James
I was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. In 1982 I graduated from the University of Connecticut. I then attended Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. While in law school I served in the Loyola Law Clinic and on the Loyola Law Review. After law school, I took and passed both the Connecticut and Louisiana Bar exams. I remained in Louisiana and worked as an insurance defense lawyer for several years. In 1989, I returned home and have exclusively worked as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney since that time.
