About James

James E. Farmer is the managing partner of Farmer & Klopfer and a highly respected personal injury and criminal defense attorney serving Waldorf and communities throughout Southern Maryland. Following in the footsteps of his father, firm founder James F. Farmer, he has expanded the family legacy by handling hundreds of complex cases involving serious accidents, wrongful death, DUI charges, violent crimes, drug offenses, traffic violations, and other high-stakes legal matters. Mr. Farmer earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, with additional studies at the University of Cambridge and the University of Aberdeen.
