JAMES A. GALE is a Registered Patent Attorney who focuses his legal practice on matters particular to intellectual property counseling and litigation. Having been a partner in a national law firm as well as serving directly as Vice President and Corporate Counsel of a major medical device manufacturer, Mr. Gale has represented companies in numerous cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and unfair competition, as well as hundreds of injunctions around the country involving patents, trademarks, covenants not to compete, theft of trade secrets and internet disputes.
An accomplished intellectual property litigator, Mr. Gale’s client list has included a number of national and international high-technology and traditional “brick and mortar” clients. Mr. Gale has been selected by The Florida Bar to serve as Chair for the Inaugural Committee for Intellectual Property Law Certification.
