   Jim Hensley received his Juris Doctor Degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law and his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with Honors.

   Jim is licensed in the United States Supreme Court in Washington D.C., United States Court of Appeals for the 8th District, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Arkansas, State District Court, and the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals along with several Federal District Courts in many states.

   Jim is also a licensed, instrument-rated pilot and an approved FAA panel attorney through the Airplane Owners & Pilots Association.
