About James
Jim Malone is an Emeritus member of the Management Committee of Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A. and past Vice-Chair of the Medical Liability Practice Group. Since joining the firm in 1973 he has served as first chair counsel for over 100 medical malpractice jury trials in the courts of northeast Ohio. Representative hospital clients have included Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, The Meridia Health System, The MetroHealth System as well as individual physicians too numerous to list. He has been an invited lecturer, both regionally and internationally on subjects of medical liability and tort reform. In 2002 he served as Lead Counsel in the trial of a matter which was hailed by the National Law Journal as the most significant defense verdict of the year.
