Tractor Trailer Collision Practice Area: Trucking Accident Outcome: $1,080,000.00 Description: A Family was parked in their car on the side of the highway when their car was struck by a tractor trailer that was attempting to pass another vehicle. The family members sustained various soft tissue back and neck injuries and several broken bones in the collision. Construction Scaffolding Product Defect Practice Area: Defective and Dangerous Products Outcome: $1,100,000 Verdict Description: A Construction worker was injured on a construction jobsite accident when the scaffold across which he was walking failed, causing serious injuries. The Onder Law Firm obtained a $1.1 million unanimous verdict in St. Clair County, believed to be one of the largest verdicts in St. Clair County, Illinois in the past ten years. Highway Fatality and Dram Shop / Bar owner liability Practice Area: Car Accidents Outcome: $1,250,000 Description: A bar patron was over served and subsequently drove while intoxicated. The intoxicated patron's automobile struck and killed an innocent highway worker. The claim against the intoxicated patron was resolved for the driver's policy limit, and a confidential settlement was obtained from the responsible bar owner.
