About James
After completing a judicial clerkship with United States District Judge Donald C. Nugent in 1996, Jim Sammon spent four years in a small Plaintiff's general civil litigation firm. Since joining Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A. in 2001, Jim has continued his eclectic practice mixing various areas of civil defense litigation. His primary focuses are in the areas of commercial trucking litigation, intentional torts, and representation of attorneys and other non-medical professionals in malpractice actions. His representation has involved both trial work and appellate practice on behalf of our clients. Jim has presented several seminars on issues involving both attorney and professional malpractice litigation.
