About James

Jim has an exceptional perspective on construction law due to his construction background. He uses his experience to understand the needs of contractors, as well as clients who are building custom homes or commercial projects and dealing with defects in construction. Jim provides cost-effective representation to family law clients, subcontractors and owners in lots of areas of construction law, including contract drafting, mediation, arbitration and litigation. He takes pride in representing employees in all areas of employment law, including Workers' Compensation, discrimination, wrongful termination, severance packages and employment contracts. Jim served as lead counsel in a National Class action wage & hour case and changed the illegal practices of the online video game industry.  While still in law school, Jim work as an economics expert on the Exxon Valdez litigation.  He has an excellent appellate court record of success in Colorado, and is admitted to practice in Colorado and in all Federal and State Courts.
