Mr. Stahl received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1967 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1972 from Rutgers University. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Bar in 1972, the United States Supreme Court in 1978 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1981.

Mr. Stahl served as Municipal Court judge in Spotswood from 1974 to 1982, Municipal Court judge in Helmetta from 1979 to 1982 and Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of East Windsor from 1991 through 2004. He has been the Municipal Judge of The Township of East Windsor from October, 2004 to present. He served as a member of the Middlesex County District Ethics Committee. Mr. Stahl represents many large and closely held corporations.

He is a member of the New Brunswick, Middlesex County and New Jersey State bar associations and the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association.

His areas of concentration include zoning, real estate, school law, corporations, contracts and related litigation.
