For example, the Hawaii Supreme Court expanded the definition of “product” in product liability cases when hearing Armstrong v. Cione.
Mr. Leavitt was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps (JAG) when he was assigned to Pearl Harbor in 1968. Upon completing his service in 1970, he joined the original Public Defenders Office here and then started the firm in 1972.
In his spare time he enjoys surfing.
