About James

I have practiced law for more than two decades. I graduated from Indiana University in 1986, and received a law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1989. I was admitted to the Illinois Bar, and admitted to practice in the Federal Court in the Northern District of Illinois, in 1989.

While attending law school, I was a law clerk with the law firm of Carey, Filter, White & Boland (now White & Ekker, P.C.). I became an associate of that firm upon graduating, and in 1996 became a partner. I concentrate my practice in the areas of zoning and development, estate planning and probate law, commercial and residential real estate transactions and leases, mortgage foreclosure and bank collection, and general transactional law.

If you are in need of experienced legal representation, contact me today at  630-466-1600 to schedule a consultation to discuss your situation. I assist clients in Kane County, Kendall County, DuPage County, DeKalb County, and throughout the Chicagoland area.
