James Slater was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on October 5, 1943. Mr. Slater attended college at the University of Connecticut, graduating with honors in 1966. From there, he decided to enroll in the Georgetown University Law Center and received my law degree in 1969. James has been practicing law for over 40 years and have handled thousands of cases.
