Burrelli v. Julian

Plaintiff sued Police chief and township after incarceration. Township was granted Motion for Summary Judgment to dismiss case. PA Commonwealth Court affirmed.

Racicot v. Erie Ins. Exchange

Law of Pennsylvania, rather than Ohio, applied to Pennsylvania insured's claim for underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits for injuries from Ohio accident; the policies and interests concerned offset for medical expenses and wage loss paid by the UIM carrier and, thus, concerned the application of Pennsylvania statutes, regulations, and case law. 75 Pa.C.S.A. ยง 1701 et seq.
