Decades of Thurston County Court Experience

Jason has been handling Thurston County criminal, DUI, and traffic cases for decades. Over that time, our attorneys have appeared in every court that matters for local clients, and that sustained local presence has given us real knowledge of how each courtroom operates.

Thurston County Superior Court, at the County Courthouse on Lakeridge Drive in Olympia, handles felony cases, domestic relations matters, civil cases, and appeals. Our attorneys appear there regularly for serious felony defense work.

Thurston County District Court, also housed at the Lakeridge Drive courthouse, is the primary misdemeanor and infraction court for Thurston County. Effective February 4, 2026, Thurston County District Court absorbed the functions formerly handled by the Olympia Municipal Court through a regional interlocal agreement, and the District Court also handles cases for Lacey, Rainier, and Tumwater. If you were cited or arrested in Olympia, Lacey, Rainier, or Tumwater, your case is almost certainly headed to Thurston County District Court, and our attorneys appear there regularly.
