About Jason
Jason Maier is a founding partner of Maier Gutierrez & Associates. His practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses, with a concentration in the areas of personal injury, business, and commercial litigation.

Before establishing the firm, Jason worked as an attorney with Beckley Singleton, one of Nevada’s oldest and most prestigious law firms. During this time, he met Joseph Gutierrez as a part of a three-attorney litigation team that consistently took cases to trial and won. Based on a track record of success at Beckley Singleton, the trial team was recruited by the international law firm Greenberg Traurig to establish a litigation practice in the firm’s Las Vegas office. While at Greenberg Traurig, Jason successfully represented clients throughout all phases of civil litigation, including numerous arbitrations and trials.
Early in his career, Jason worked as an attorney in the white-collar litigation practice of Skadden Arps in Washington, D.C., where he represented national and international clients in various investigations by the federal government. Jason began his legal career as a law clerk for United States District Judge James Mahan (District of Nevada).
It was from his previous firm experience that he and partner Joseph Gutierrez decided to open Maier Gutierrez & Associates. With Maier Gutierrez & Associates, Jason enjoys having the opportunity to provide individuals, families, and small businesses with the personal attention of a small law firm while still offering the diverse, proven legal experience found at large law firms. Client-focused, the firm’s concierge service helps guide people through the legal process from start to finish with optimized results in mind.
When Jason is not bringing incredible results for his clients – including the largest judgment in Nevada legal history – he enjoys sports. His favorite teams include the Vegas Golden Knights, New York Mets and San Francisco 49ers. Jason takes his dad on a trip every summer to experience a new baseball park.
