The Prince George’s County Board of Education does not have immunity from suits under the Americans with Disability Act seeking $100,000 or less, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has held. The 2-1 decision affirms a ruling by a federal judge in Greenbelt, who allowed elementary school teacher Hope Lee-Thomas to proceed with her suit.
