About Jeanette
Jenny’s clients include insurance brokerage companies, commercial and residential real estate developers, health care providers, advertising agencies and numerous small and medium size businesses in all trades. In addition to counseling her clients to prevent litigation, Jenny also successfully litigated complex cases when compromise is unproductive. Her background in aerospace engineering gives her unique insight into technical and scientific issues, as well as the ability to understand complex financial transactions.
Some of Jenny’s successes include:
Won a verdict in excess of $18.5 million for breach of a commercial lease agreement;
Successfully brought a preliminary injunction action to enforce a four (4) year non-compete; which was upheld by the appellate court;
Received a decision forcing the recusal of an entire Board of Supervisors and their Solicitor regarding any matters that a certain developer brought to that township;
Successfully defended an appeal of a zoning change, permitting construction of a $150 million office building on time and preventing the landlord from losing a long-term tenant;
Forced Wachovia/Wells Fargo to provide permanent financing for a $70 million shopping center, where there were complex derivative investments and alleged penalties; and
Successfully defended a frivolous claim and recouped $175,000 in sanctions to cover the client’s attorney fees.
