Jeanne Marie Cella, Esq., a partner of the law firm Black, Stranick and Cella, P.C., is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor graduate of Duke University Law School.   After graduating from Duke, Ms. Cella served in Federal Distict and Appellate Court as a Federal Law Clerk in the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Cella was appointed Deputy District Attorney of the District Attorney’s Office of Delaware County, Pennsylvania where she proscuted for eighteen years.

She is a former President of the Board of Commissioners of Marple Township, Pennsylvania and a former Marple Township Planning Commissioner and Municipal Solicitor.

Ms. Cella’s practice spans over thirty years and is concentrated in bankruptcy and wills, trusts, and estates.
