About Jeff
Jeff M. Martin was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina but spending his summers on the Grand Strand made the area feel like a second home. Jeff attended the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science. While at South Carolina, Jeff was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and studied abroad in Rome, Italy. After his time at South Carolina, Jeff attended Campbell Law School located in Raleigh, North Carolina. While in law school Jeff was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, participated in the Kilpatrick-Stockton Mock Trial Competition, and participated in Campbell's Moot Court Competition.
Jeff clerked at Maring and Moody each summer of Law School and following graduation became a member of the firm. Jeff is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Young Lawyer's Division of the South Carolina Bar , and the Horry County Bar Association. Jeff focuses his practice areas on Family Law and Divorce, Criminal Defense, and Civil Litigation.
Jeff lives in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina with his wife Kathryn who he met while they both attended Campbell Law School. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, his Boykin Spaniel, and supporting the South Carolina Gamecocks.
