Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
One case recently that was tremendously satisfying for me was a personal injury case I settled. The insurance company was not dealing fairly with my client and they were very frustrated. After the client retained my firm, we were able to quickly negotiate a fair settlement to pay for my client's medical bills and compensate them for their pain and suffering.
How did you build a successful practice?
My practice is huilt on hard work, successful results, attention to detail, and great communication with the client.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Someone with experience. Someone they are comfortable with. Someone that will communicate with them regularly and honestly throughout the process.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I can usually advise a client whether their case is worth pursuing, and whether they have other options to resolve their problems besides filing a lawsuit. I also offer free in-person consultations which I believe are more effective than a phone call.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Reading, cycling, fly fishing, sports, movies.

Yes. My firm regularly contributes to worthy causes, and also provides pro bono representation.
