In 2001 the New York Law Journal reported a verdict of $4.8 million in a case tried by Mr. Anderson, as the highest products liability verdict in upstate New York in 2000. $3.0 million verdict in a gas explosion case tried in Federal Court in Albany, New York. $1.75 million settlement for an Albany man who sustained serious injury while riding an all terrain vehicle. $1.5 million arbitration award for a Fort Johnson woman who sustained serious neck and back injury after falling on an icy step. $1.25 million settlement against a local hospital for the death of a 35 year old married man with young children in a medical negligence case.
Publications
- In 2008, Mr. Anderson authored a chapter on products liability law in a two volume treatise: The Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Action in New York, published by The New York State Bar Association. Mr. Anderson authored the update to this in 2013.
