About Jeffrey

Jeffrey J. Droubay concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and employment litigation. His commercial litigation experience primarily includes commercial disputes with an emphasis on trade secret, breach of confidentiality, and environmental issues. Mr. Droubay's employment law litigation experience has focused primarily on defending employers in lawsuits alleging violations of ERISA, breach of contract, discrimination, and wrongful termination. Mr. Droubay also maintains a significant appellate practice. He has practiced in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Utah Court of Appeals.

A cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School, Mr. Droubay was a senior editor and member of the Brigham Young University Law Review from 1999-2001. During law school he twice received the law school's high grade award in advocacy.
