Mr. Hyman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1966 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami Law School in 1970. He also received his Masters of Law degree in taxation from New York University in 1972.

He was admitted to the New Jersey, the United States District Court and Florida Bars in 1970 and to the District of Columbia Bar in 1972. He was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1978 and the United States Tax Court in 1980.

He served as a New Brunswick Municipal Court Judge from 1980 to 1982, acting Municipal Court judge in North Brunswick from 1978 to 1982 and also in Highland Park from 1979 to 1982. He has been a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Ethics for the Middlesex County District. He is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a member of the Out of State section of the Florida Bar Association.

He belongs to the New Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey State and Florida State bar associations.

His areas of concentration are commercial real estate, real estate tax appeals, real estate title litigation, wills, trusts, estate planning, estate administration, corporations, banking, contracts and zoning.

Mr. Hyman resides in North Brunswick with his wife, Susan.
