About Jeffrey
Jeff is a dedicated litigator with experience in handling all aspects of litigation. He primarily provides representation in the area of Creditors' Rights. Jeffs experience has been in all facets of Creditor's Rights and extends to the representation of clients in commercial disputes, as well as retail collections on behalf of national debt purchasers.
Jeff has provided representation for secured and unsecured creditors. On behalf of secured creditors he has been the primary attorney on issues ranging from UCC Article 2 issues, loan workouts, foreclosures, replevin actions, and secured party sales.
On behalf of unsecured creditors, his representation involves the obtaining of judgments and then executing on those judgments using bank attachments, wage garnishments, and Sheriff s levies.
Along with Stephen Darlington, Jeff has assisted in the establishment of a Debtor-Creditor law practice that has grown from a start-up practice to one with an average of 3500 pending cases.
Jeff's litigation practice also encompasses providing representation to commercial and residential real estate companies, primarily in lease disputes and in forcible entry and detainer actions.
He has been providing representation to the owner's of Pay Per View Events. His representation has involved the prosecution of cases concerning the unauthorized telecast of these Events.
While his primary representation has been plaintiff representation, he also has experience in providing defense side representation for a residential real estate company in actions brought against the company by either buyers or sellers.
Jeff is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, as well as the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Jeff is a life long resident of Cleveland, Ohio. He currently resides in Rocky River. Ohio along with his wife Pam and two children. Pam is employed as the Investor Relations Coordinator for The Riverside Company, a private equity company.
