About Jeffrey
With over twenty-five years of practice, Mr. Rubin has substantial experience in the areas of telecommunications, contract, business, real estate, corporate and federal bankruptcy law. From start up to multi-million dollar companies, he has negotiated and consummated numerous business planning agreements, asset sales, change of ownership and secured and unsecured commercial lending and financial transactions. He has participated in the successful reorganization of several retail businesses and restaurant establishments. He is most proud of the Chapter 11 reorganization and sale of a Maryland nursing home resulting in the payment in full to all creditors, with interest, and the owners of the business receiving substantial remaining proceeds.
Mr. Rubin serves on the Character Committee of the Court of Appeals of Maryland for the Seventh Appellate Circuit.
