About Jeffrey
Jeffrey D. Waltuck is currently employed as a pilot by US Airways, but he remains associated with MFP in an "Of Counsel" capacity, where he concentrates on aviation, commercial, and tort litigation. Since joining MFP, Jeff has used his talents to defend pilots and airports from FAA certificate actions. He has been an active participant in several significant cases involving aviation crashes, municipal and airport defense, employment claims, and business disputes. Jeff's background enables him to also provide useful consulting services to our clients.
Prior to attending law school Jeff enjoyed a full career in aviation for over a decade. From his beginnings as an aircraft fueler to his most recent position as Boeing 737 pilot for US Airways, Jeff has flown numerous private and commercial aircraft. Jeff has earned aircraft type-ratings in both jet and smaller, turbo-prop aircraft.
After college, Jeff was Operations Supervisor for one of the nation's largest Fixed Base Operators (FBO's) where he was responsible for ramp operations for over 100 aircraft, including private, commercial and military planes and helicopters.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been associated with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), as well as having actively participated in his local unions including the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) and the Teamsters. Jeff now continues his connection to aviation through the practice of law.
