Her Juris Doctor degree was conferred in 2001 and earned at the prestigious John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. The daughter of Hungarian immigrants, she embraced the American dream and enthusiastically pursued her dream of becoming an attorney. She also holds an MBA from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. She has established a reputation for expertise and is known as an excellent trial attorney. She loves to be in the courtroom, passionately defending the rights of her clients. Rita has worked in many areas of the legal profession from matters as simple as residential real estate to as complex as immigration. JoHanna was born in Colorado and completed her undergraduate work at Colorado State University with a B.S. in finance. She completed law school at the University of North Dakota. After law school, JoHanna moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. She received a PhD in Economics which focused on the development of a stabilized international digital currency that transcends exchange rates. JoHanna’s career has covered legal work, national and international product development and market analysis and many other facets of business and ecommerce. JoHanna has also served on state and national technology boards as an attorney and advisor.
