Jennifer A. Hensley has been fighting for the rights and positions of her clients for over 25 years. She has served as a public defender and first assistant district attorney; and for the last 10 years, she has worked in the private sector focusing on all areas of family law, estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, and criminal defense. Jennifer has also represented hundreds of juvenile clients as well as parents struggling through the court process involving their children. She has focused on all aspects of family law such as divorce, paternity, custody, modifications, child support, guardianships, and adoptions. She has handled all areas of criminal law including DUIs, drug charges, violent offenses, and juveniles.
