About Jennifer
Jennifer Beth Ingram is an Associate at Munck Carter, practicing in the Litigation section, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes. Ms. Ingram has represented businesses in the hospitality, construction, ranching and farming, transportation, retail, insurance, restaurant, telecommunications, securities, commercial and residential real estate, financing, automotive, recording arts, graphic design, manufacturing, and internet industries.
Ms. Ingram has significant experience in all facets of complex commercial litigation cases, with first and second chair trial experience in state and federal courts, as well as experience in arbitration proceedings, administrative proceedings, and appeals. Ms. Ingram's practice incorporates the variety of practice areas at the firm and the firm's commitment to a team-oriented approach to client representation, serving as litigation counsel in matters involving employment, intellectual property, and corporate disputes.
After graduating in three years from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Ms. Ingram attended The University of Texas School of Law and graduated early, obtaining her Juris Doctor in December 2002. Ms. Ingram began her legal career in her native South Texas, practicing in Corpus Christi for several years before moving to the Dallas market.
