About Jennifer
Jennifer I. Robertson joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2008.
Robertson is known for her attention to detail and commitment to high quality advocacy. Her areas of expertise are diverse, having worked in the fields of complex business litigation and corporate law prior to joining Stewart, Melvin & Frost. Her practice focuses on both transactional and litigation matters, with an emphasis on insurance law, contract disputes, workers' compensation, personal injury and family law.
The Morton Grove, Ill. native received her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she served on the Board of the Legal Association for Women Students, the Hispanic Law Society, Student Legal Services, and the International Law Society. While at Emory, Robertson completed training in Negotiations and Trial Advocacy Techniques and also interned with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of the Solicitor.
She is a graduate of Duke University, where she completed a double major in Public Policy Studies and English while also obtaining a minor in Cultural Anthropology.
Robertson has always been dedicated to outreach efforts and making a positive impact on the community at large. She has played an active role in coordinating fundraising events to benefit such causes as the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Additionally, she has served as a translator for English as a Second Language tutoring programs and for other charitable organizations.
Robertson is a member of the American Bar Association, the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association.
