Sagot, Brooke & Cornett, PC. was founded in Bensalem, Pennsylvania in 2002 by Attorneys who left a larger Union Labor Law Firm in Center City Philadelphia in order to dedicate their practice to their chosen areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability Law. The Law Firm continues in the Union Legal Plan Services business and is a UNION PLUS approved firm. The Firms founder, Neil Sagot has been a practicing attorney since 1974 and previously was the founder of the Labor Union Law Firm in Philadelphia, managing that firm for twenty-two years.

Sagot, Brooke & Cornett, PC is a family owned and operated law firm. Jennifer L. Sagot and Bradley R. Cornett are Neil’s daughter and son in law. They left the Center City firm with Neil in 2002, as did partner Laura M. Brooke. Kim Roesner, a paralegal, has worked with the two firms for more than twenty-five years. Aimee Bieker, Neil’s niece, is also a paralegal, and has been with the two firms combined for more than ten years.
