About Jennifer
JENNIFER L. WEED attended Occidental College in Los Angeles, California where she graduated cum laude in 1983, with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English. Ms. Weed received her Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in 1987, where she graduated in the top 15% of her class. Upon graduating from Washington University School of Law, Ms. Weed served as a law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in St. Louis, Missouri. After completing her federal court clerkship, Ms. Weed practiced with litigation firms in Dallas, Texas and Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2006, she relocated to Pennsylvania and is now admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as Texas and New Mexico. Ms. Weed’s litigation practice for the past eight years has focused on product liability defense for numerous high-profile corporate clients. She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense and coverage issues, and has argued several amicus briefs before appellate courts for the insurance industry.
