About Jenny
Jenny Zavadil concentrates her practice primarily on defending automobile manufacturers in product liability actions. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of active product litigation files involving rollover allegations, fire subrogation, company car auto negligence and warranty matters. Jenny is also national discovery counsel for a major automobile manufacturer in the area of airbags and advanced restraint systems.
Additionally, Jenny is involved in researching and writing appellate briefs and complex pre- and post-trial motions.
