Lawyers from our firm have helped many Central Floridian home owners stay in their homes while they negotiate with the bank. We have assisted in foreclosure defense matters from Palm Beach County to Bay County Florida. One of our attorneys actually worked with a team of lawyers to help one home owner keep her home free and clear due to the failure of the bank to follow through with repeated attempts at modification of her mortgage. Another of our attorneys was voted by readers of Osceola County's Practical Living Magazine as a Golden 100 Best of Osceola legal practitioner for his service to the community.
How did you build a successful practice?We are building our practice on hard work and responding to our clients needs. We give each client personal attention and do our best to ensure that they have a first rate experience with our firm.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?You should look for a lawyer that you can get along with. Your attorney should understand your needs and act to vindicate your best interest. Your attorney should have experience in the areas of law that you need help with. Your attorney should return calls, keep you informed of the status of your case, and act in your best interests.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?We have been in the local area for 18 years and know Central Florida.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?We can help you determine if you have a case that can be heard in court. We can outline the basic law as it relates to your matter.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We care and try to give each client individualized attention that they would expect of a boutique law firm.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Helping the community is the most rewarding aspect of our job.
