Lawyers from our firm have helped many Central Floridian home owners stay in their homes while they negotiate with the bank. We have assisted in foreclosure defense matters from Palm Beach County to Bay County Florida. One of our attorneys actually worked with a team of lawyers to help one home owner keep her home free and clear due to the failure of the bank to follow through with repeated attempts at modification of her mortgage.
