Jeremy is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Corporate practice groups. He was admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and United States Tax Court in 1999. Jeremy joined the firm in September 2005.

Jeremy is a business attorney with a practice that focuses on assisting clients in developing business practices that provide the greatest leverage for their intellectual property portfolios. He counsels clients on customer contracts, business formation issues, corporate governance, ownership transfers and tax planning strategies.
