About Jeremy
Mr. Rogers is an Associate in the firm's litigation practice, working out of the St. Petersburg, Florida office. He has been practicing since 1998, having worked for firms in both Tampa, Florida and Jacksonville, Florida. His career has included litigation of cases involving areas such as products liability, commercial litigation, construction defect, professional liability, general liability, slip/trip-and-fall, and automobile collision. He is experienced in all facets of litigation, including first chair trial experience and appeals.
Currently, his practice includes defense of cases involving long term care facilities such as nursing homes and assisted living facilities. He also handles defense of cases involving alleged employment discrimination and housing discrimination.
Mr. Rogers is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He also is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers' Association.
He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Warner Southern College and his J.D. from Stetson University College of law, graduating cum laude, where he was a member of the Stetson Law Review.
