About Jeremy
After returning to the Madison County area, he joined a small firm as an associate and gained invaluable experience handling a full range of legal cases, including personal injury, criminal defense, family law, wills, and estate planning.
Jeremy then spent a five-year term in service of the citizens of Madison County as an Assistant State’s Attorney, prosecuting misdemeanors, felonies, DUIs, and domestic batteries. He tried over a dozen cases to jury in both misdemeanor and felony court. He conducted numerous statutory summary suspension hearings and hearings on orders of protection as well.
Now Jeremy brings his litigation-intensive experience to the firm of Swanson & Sackett, P.C. He once again finds himself in the service of the citizens of Madison County… just one client at a time.
