About Jesse
Jesse was born and raised in South Texas. He grew up and attended high school in the rural community of Lytle. After graduation he moved to Austin where he attended the University of Texas at Austin and received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Government. He then moved back to San Antonio to study law at St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Jesse spent the first few years after law school practicing criminal defense as an Assistant Public Defender in Laredo, Texas at the prestigious Webb County Public Defender’s Office.After several years handling criminal defense on the border, Jesse moved back to San Antonio where he opened his general practice law office.
While Jesse has extensive training and experience in criminal defense, he also regularly handles cases in personal injury personal injury, auto accidents, divorces, child custody disputes, wills, business law, document drafting and crisis resolution.Jesse Hernandez is always looking for new and challenging legal issues to resolve.
