About Jesse

Prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2009, Jesse served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Golden in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and before that he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. Yatron in the Berks County Court of Common Pleas.

During law school, Jesse interned with the Litigation Section of the Office of Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  There, he assisted the Office's attorneys by drafting pleadings and memoranda of law in cases pending before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and various Courts of Common Pleas. 

Jesse also interned with the Office of the Public Defender in Allegheny County where he gained valuable experience as an advocate by representing the Office's clients in preliminary hearings.

He also served as a research assistant and contributed to a Pennsylvania Bar Institute publication on criminal procedure.
