About Jill
Ms. Ravenscroft is an associate in the Business Department and a member of the firm's Real Estate and Institutional Finance Group. She focuses her practice in commercial real estate, finance and other general business matters.
Ms. Ravenscroft regularly represents borrowers and lenders in real estate transactions and private equity financing transactions such as capital call bridge facilities and management company lines of credit. Ms. Ravenscroft also represents banks, life insurance companies, real estate investment trusts and other commercial lending institutions in real estate acquisitions and mezzanine loan transactions.
Ms. Ravenscroft is also a member of the firm's Pro Bono Home Ownership Practice Group.
Ms. Ravenscroft received her B.A. in 2001 from Cornell University and her J.D. in 2004 from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as a staff writer on the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
While in law school, Ms. Ravenscroft served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Ms. Ravenscroft is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
